Kenneth Winston Starr visited Taiwan in 2019 to attend Taiwan International Religious Freedom Forum. Starr applauds the democratic development in Taiwan adding that Taiwan respects human rights and religious freedom. He said he has continued to plead with the PRC government to live up with its obligation under the UN charter to respect religious freedom. Kenneth Winston Starr currently serves as Of Counsel to The Lanier Law Firm in the US and is the author of more than 25 publications. He also served as independent counsel, investigating the Clinton administration from 1994 to 1999. He shares his account in his newest book “Contempt: A Memoir of the Clinton Investigation”.
