The Diplomacy Training Program (DTP) is an independent, non-government organization (NGO) providing education in human rights advocacy based in Sydney, Australia. DTP provides training on various issues such as the rights of the indigenous peoples, migrant workers, modern day slavery activists campaigning against poverty and homelessness, torture, political killings and death penalty. Patrick Earle, Executive Director of DTP said he hopes to work with NGOs in Taiwan on various issues such as death penalty, rights of the indigenous peoples and migrant workers.
