Taiwan is set to hold a trade show called “Vietnam 2020: Franchise, Retail and Hospitality” in Hanoi next February.

The event aims to help Taiwan make inroads into the large and quickly growing Vietnamese market. Thanks to the reputation of the Taiwanese products in Vietnam, organizers say that now is a great time to explore business opportunities.

The show is co-sponsored by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council and the Association of Chain and Franchise Promotion, Taiwan. It will focus on chains and franchises, retail outlets, and products for use in the fields of hospitality and e-commerce.

Organizers say that while the show is aimed at northern Vietnam, it can serve as a stepping stone to the wider ASEAN market, including Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
