The National Defense Ministry reports that a total of 103 Chinese aircraft were detected over Taiwan’s air defense identification zone from Sunday to Monday.
The Defense Ministry emphasized that peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait is crucial to the security, prosperity and well-being of the Indo-Pacific region and is the common responsibility of all parties in the area. The ministry said that China’s continued military harassment can easily lead to a sharp increase in tension and worsen regional security. The ministry calls on the Chinese authorities to take responsibility and immediately stop such destructive unilateral actions.
