Hebrew book on Taiwan by Prof. Meron Medzini

Professor Meron Medzini was born in Jerusalem, Israel and he studied in the United States and holds a BA degree from the College of the City of New York; MA from Georgetown University and Ph.D. from Harvard University where he majored in the history of modern China and Japan. Professor Meron Medzini has visited Taiwan several times since 1970s and is working on a book in Hebrew on the history and politics of Taiwan. He said Taiwan and Israel share a lot of similarities because both are small in area, we are both threatened by neighbors and experience growing diplomatic isolation and both have special relations with the US. Since 2016, Professor Meron Medzini he is an Associate Fellow at the Truman Peace Institute of the Hebrew University. His research focuses on Israel's relations with the Asian nations.
