Taiwan is constantly at the receiving end of cyberattacks, and they are not only aimed at military or government infrastructures: everyone needs to be on board. A conversation with Jason Hsu, a former legislator in Taiwan and visiting fellow at Hudson Institute, a think tank based in Washington DC, who calls for global, bipartisan, international action on the matter.
