The Overseas Medical Mission Center of Changhua Christian Hospital (CCH) was set up in 2008 to provide medical assistance to those in need outside Taiwan. The Center has conducted more than 150 projects in 14 countries in the world. They provided medical service and capacity building in Nepal, India, Mongolia and Thailand, health promotion and safe water project in Myanmar, children malnutrition improvement project in Vietnam. Before the implementation of a project, it comes with careful planning, assessment, budget evaluation and interdepartmental cooperation, for example, Dr. Nina, Kao Hsiao Ling, CEO of Overseas Medical Mission Center of Changhua Christian Hospital said water sanitation requires health professionals to work with water experts in order to carry out the project.
