An exhibit on sustainability
Phaedra Fang is one of the curators at the National Taiwan Museum. She is the organizer of the ongoing exhibit "Sustainable New Year's Dinner Tables: Dining in the Anthropocene". On this week's In the Spotlight, Phaedra talks about ways and dishes she would suggest to Taiwanese families to replace their current traditions for the Lunar New Year dinner so as to promote sustainability.
