Shares in Taiwan moved lower to close on Thursday in the wake of rising fears that the U.S. Federal Reserve will raise its key interest rates in its next policymaking meeting set for mid-June.
The weighted index on the Taiwan Stock Exchange closed down 63.70 points, or 0.78 percent, at 8,095.98.
