President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) attended the inauguration ceremony of Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation’s (PSMC) new factory in Miaoli on Thursday morning. There, President Tsai said the new factory demonstrates both Taiwan’s industrial strength and the resilience of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry.
