The National Policy Foundation, a KMT think tank led by KMT Chairman Eric Chu (朱立倫), released a report on Friday compiling the public’s top five concerns. According to their collected data, over 90 percent of dissenting opinions expressed online are about the abolition of the death penalty. Other concerns include cross-strait relations, congressional reform, Internet fraud, and energy.
